Questions Answers
Isn't LI-LO just a generic name for all air-mattresses?
No, like many "icon" brands, the name has become part of general usage. However, LI-LO is a registered brand name and may NOT be used other than for genuine LI-LO products.
Is there a LI-LO product for river-rafting?
Legal liability laws today make it impossible for us to sell a product specifically for this purpose. However, over 600 of our Ultra-Lite air mattresses were used very successfully in surf during the Bondi Challenge promotion

Do the battery pump beds really fill in 2 minutes?
Definitely - and a fresh set of akaline batteries will last over 20 fills.
How do self-inflating products work? The foam actually absorbs the air, so when the cap is removed, the product fills itself. This is the reverse of a conventional air mattress, in which air must be pumped in.
What does "lifetime" guarantee mean?
If any manufacturing fault becomes evident , the item will be replaced. Only damage caused by wear & tear, or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
What is the failure rate?
We sell tens of thousands of airbeds each year and only a very small number of faults occur. Usually, this is where a power fluctuation occurs when welding a seam - the result is microscopic holes that even tests cannot find. Unfortunately, when this problem arises, a handful of products in the same batch may be affected.
Why can't I give a PO Box number for delivery of Internet orders? We require a signature to confirm delivery and this is only feasible using our authorised carriers. If you do not have an address where someone will be available to sign please consider asking a local business to do so for you (newsagent, service station, etc)
